of Tarrant County, Texas, USA, and that you hereby consent and submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. No action arising under
or relating to these Terms and Conditions may be brought by either party
more than one year after the cause of action has occurred.

Warranties, Service and Support

Automotive Machine & Supply, Inc is committed to working with you to
ensure that every product under manufacturer warranty performs to the
manufacturer's specifications. If you are having a problem with your product
within 30 days (accessories returned after 15 days are subject to a 20%
restocking fee) after it has shipped, please contact our Customer Service
Department using the contact information listed at the end of this Agreement
to arrange for technical service, support, or product return. After 30 days, all
returns, replacements, technical service, and support must be handled directly
with the manufacturer. Many products are packaged with the manufacturer's
warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions. Note
that manufacturer warranties vary on each product. Unless otherwise noted,
warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the United States
and Canada.If, after contacting the warranty service provider, the product has
not been repaired to your satisfaction, Automotive Machine & Supply, Inc will
work with you to obtain an appropriate resolution. In this event, contact
Automotive Machine & Supply, Inc using the contact information listed at the
end of this Agreement. Include in your correspondence your order number,
product name, and the name and phone number of the warranty service
representative you have contacted.

Product Information, Sales, Availability and Payment

All prices displayed on the site are quoted in U.S. dollars. All purchases made
are payableon demand in U.S. dollars on a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.
Automotive Machine & Supply, Inc charges sales tax on all shipments delivered
to addresses within the state of Texas. Automotive Machine & Supply, Inc
reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications
and prices on products and services offered on this site without incurring any
obligations.

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance
of an order. Prior to the acceptance of an order, verification of information may
be required. Automotive Machine & Supply, Inc reserves the right to cancel a sale
or to issue a Return Authorization (RA) for merchandise that does not conform to
