What's been happening

In addition to hi-performance engine machine-shop services, Automotive Machine
& Supply also offers design and CNC machining of custom parts.

So whether it's that one-off custom engraved accessory, or a dozen custom billet
parts,or that special tool you always wanted, give us a call for a quote.

We use MasterCAM and Verisurf CAD/CAM software, so we can use just about any
drawing format you currently have, or with our Articulating Arm Coordinate
Measuring Machine we can quickly probe an old part, reverse engineer it, customize
it as you wish, and create a CAD file. We also offer complete R&D, product design
and development, from concept to prototype, as well as small batch production runs.

Our Custom Machining facility,located in nearby Johnson county, is not open to the
public, so your proprietary racing or other projects remain secure from "prying
eyes".

Our shop is equipped with 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers, all with

Digitizing capability, 3 manual Bridgeport-style mills, Horizontal mill, 2 CNC Lathes,
4 manual Lathes, Microscribe CMM arm, numerous Drill Presses and Bandsaws, Shot
Blasters, Cylindrical and Surface Grinders, T&C Grinder, Plasma Cutter, TIG & MIG
welders, Aluminum Casting Foundary, Iron Worker Punch Press, Sheetmetal Shears,

Roll, and Brake, Precision Layout and Measuring Instruments, Heat Treating
Furnace, Coating and Plating Equipment ...plus we have 46 years of machine shop
and design experience.

3-D Aluminum textured Billet Ponies for custom Mustang project car. Mirror
L & R, 1-1/2 x larger than grill pony.

Custom billet rack for Yamaha WR250X... similar to pro moto billet rack.
made several other design versions as well.

Billet center cap for Honda mag wheel, to replace missing unit no longer
available.

1 of 4 billet velocity stacks, R6 SideWinder Cart, sized to fit within plenum

chamber. Flow test/designed on our SuperFlow 600 bench.

Throttle body adapter with contoured o-ring groove.

Small batch production run of special 8mm x 1.25 bolt w/14mm hex,
12mm shank for BMW chain sprocket roller.

Aluminum and Delrin plastic suspension bushings.

Stainless steel mounts for Harley tourpak. to replace soft plastic
covered factory mounts. We keep inventory in stock.

very competitive, and we offer up to 2 hours free initial CAD/CAM
