  Flow testing now available

Our new SuperFlow 600 Flow Bench with Port Anlyzer and FlowCom
allows us to port cylinder heads more efficiently and with improved

quality. The SF-600 is the most popular among professional engine

builders. It has the extra capacity to do up to 180hp per cylinder,
with
higher flows and higher test pressures. Accurate calculations
are
made, using FlowCom, which is a microprocessor-based,
computer that measures and calculates the flow, velocity, and

temperatures from sensor inputs: one for test pressure, one for flow

pressure, and one for velocity pressure. There is a port to connect
a
computer, a port to connect a motor controller, and a plug for a
swirl
meter. FlowCom controls the test pressure automatically and
can
keep the test pressure constant as each valve is opened and
closed.
This lets us take your cylinder head's port flow readings
much more
rapidly and precisely.
