   For the past 41 years, Automotive Machine & Supply has been doing
   performance machine work on aluminum and magnesium alloy import
   car engines; getting large amounts of horsepower from these small 
   displacement engines. Now we have turned our knowledge and
   experience of aluminum powerplants toward the General Motors LS1,
   LS2, and LS6 4th Generation Small Block engines. Properly modified
   Gen 4 engines can produce significant amounts of extra horsepower,
   yet idle smoothly, power all accessories, and still get 17 mpg.

   Automotive Machine & Supply is proud to announce our series of
   Performance cylinder heads for Corvette, Camaro and Trans-Am Gen 4
   engines:

   STAGE-1 LS1 Heads with stock valves that have been backcut and swirl
   finished, a multi-angle valve job, custom hand ported and flow tested
   on our SuperFlow Bench, Comp Cams, Beehive springs with steel
   retainers, and hi-temp Viton stem seals. Heads are precision milled
   to customer specs. for optimal compression ratio.

   STAGE-2 LS1 Heads with 2.020" intake valves and 1.570" exhaust valves,
   competition multi-angle valve job, custom hand ported and flow tested
   on our SuperFlow Bench, Comp Cam, dual valve springs with titanium
   retainers, hardened spring seats, hi-temp Viton stem seals, and Hot-Stop
   ceramic thermal barrier coated exhaust ports. Heads are precision milled
   to customer specs. for optimal compression ratio.

EradiSpeed+ versions are still direct OEM replacement units, but the
“plus” indicates rotors which are of a two-piece design. The center “hat”,
or “hub/hat” portion of EradiSpeed+ rotors are CNC machined from billet
or forged aluminum. The centers are then anodized black to finish the
“look”. With their two-piece design, EradiSpeed+ units also provide a
welcome reduction in total rotor weight.

Advanced LS1 Valve Springs

   

   These new LS1 26915 and 26918 valve springs are specifically designed for
    the LS1 Chevrolet cylinder head and can be used in stock replacements
    with no machining all the way up to 0.600" lift, and at engine speeds to
    7500 RPM. The unique beehive shape has less mass at the top of the
    spring, for a lighter spring and retainer. It's special design and ovate
    coil help keep the valve spring in control, allowing greater engine
    RPM and reduced spring rate while maintaining precise cam lobe
    profiles. Durability is unmatched, especially in higher lift applications.


GM Gen III / LS1 / LS6 Dual Valve Spring Upgrade Kit

  

    LS1 Dual valve spring kit for all 1997 to 2004 LS1 engines. The spring is
    designed to handle up to .650” lift in the most extreme performance
    applications. Kit includes dual springs, valve seals, titanium retainers,
    and spring seats. No machining required.


     FAST™ LSX multi-piece component intake

   

  Made from space-age polymer plastic, the new FAST™ LSX multi-piece
   component intake manifold shows a 20 horsepower increase on the
   General Motors LS1 engine and 15 horsepower on the Corvette LS6
   engine, with no loss of drivability or low rpm torque. Best of all, the FAST™
   space-age plastic polymer intake is 30 percent stronger than the stock
   polymer unit. Unlike aftermarket aluminum intakes, the FAST™ polymer
   intake avoids becoming a power robbing heat sink.

   The LSX comes with integrated nitrous oxide injector ports and the ability
   to accept a larger than the stock (75mm)
** throttle body for increased fuel
   flow. In addition, the LSX manifold has the capability to be ported and is
   easily accessible as a result of the multi-piece design.

    MSD Ignition LS1 / LS6 Blaster Coil

      

  Finally a performance replacement coil for the popular Gen III GM small block!
  This engine, most notably the LS-1 and LS-6, is fast becoming a favorite
  performance engine. But, not just in Camaros, the new GTO and Corvettes - also
  in muscle cars and street rods. The complex electronic controls of the original
  coils presented the aftermarket with a challenge as the drivers that control the
  firing of the coils are built into the OE models. MSD engineers were able to
  design an advanced circuit that will operate with the factory electronics of the
  Gen III engine controls while producing a higher output spark. Not only do you
  get a higher voltage spark, but the coil will deliver multiple sparks! That’s
  right - multiple spark discharge coils!


    MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor plug wires

  

  • Only 40 - 50 ohms resistance per foot
  • Over 40 foot of conductor is wound into a foot of wire
  • Outer slevve provides resistance to high heat and abrasion
  • Available in many custom and universal kits

   The MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor Wire is "the" performance wire.
   Engineered from the inside out, the 8.5 offers everything you have ever wanted
   in a wire; incredibly low resistance without electronic interference! In a single
   12 inch length of Super Conductor Wire there is only 40 - 50 ohms of resistance!
   That is the lowest resistance of any helically wound wire. To accomplish this,
   a copper alloy conductor is used for it's great voltage carrying capabilities.
   The low resistance results in less loss in spark energy so more reaches the spark
   plug. The conductor is wound extremely tight around a special center core. So
   tight in fact, that there is over 40 feet of conductor wrapped into a single foot of
   plug wire. This winding procedure, combined with a ferro-magnetic impregnated
   center core, produces an extremely effective Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI)
   "choke". This choke, or suppression capability, keeps the EMI inside the wire
   where it cannot interfere with other electronics on your vehicle. The outer sleeve
   that surrounds the conductor assembly is just as impressive. A proprietary blend
   of silicone and synthetic material produce a sleeve that is highly resistant to high
   heat as well as abrasion and tears.
